I've been talking to Cindy and we decided that I need a new LJ. This saddens me greatly, because as some of you may know Coal Chamber was a big part of my life at one point. But none the less, I need to move on. I have a code lined up, but I can't think of a name....

I woke up at about 8:30am to the phone ringing in my ear. It was my friend Nora telling me she was picking me up at 10:30 so we could be there early. So I got up and got ready, took a shower, got dressed, ate some yogurt, etc..
and right as I was about to walk out the door I remembered I had to turn on the light on the aquarium(fish) and the terrarium (lizards) and I thought I'd put the bird cage outside since it was a really nice day. So I did so.

So we went up there and got in etc. It was Saturday, so as expected it was really crowded and every line to every ride was like 459876497695476 miles long. So we went on a couple rides and then it was so hot we went into the air conditioned imax theatre. We came out and she wanted to go on that RipCord ride in the challenge park which is like this "bunjee jumping" ride deal. But she was wearing a skirt so she wanted to go change her clothes first so that the world wouldnt be able to see her undies while we hung from a cord like 487649576945694576 feet above ground.
As she was changing I stood there and people watched and ran into my friends Amber and Max and some of their friends. We hung out with them for the rest of the day. Then we (Me and Nora) went on the bunjee deal while everyone else stood in line for that new coaster, and it was really cool, even though I thought I was going to die from being so damn scared.. We even bought a video cd with us on it as we were on the ride. (I'll post it here as soon as I can figure out how to upload it.).

So then we all bummed around went into the water park and showed off our sexiness. And everyone had really cool Manson shirts and I was jelous. I even saw a kid with an AHC shirt on which I had never seen before (shows how much i come out) I was gonna talk to him, but he was gone when I turned around.

We were gonna get an old time picture taken with top hats and canes and tuxes and whore dressese, but after the ripcord we were all out of money (cause it was like 18 bux per person).

So at ten Nora and I left and she dropped me off here. I came in, and I remember I had left the birds outside... so I go out to get them, and there they were, dead on the bottom of the cage!!! I forgot to give them water and they sat outside in the 100degree weather and cooked to death!!! my mom is going to kick me balls!!!!!

That's pretty much it. I don't feel like working tomorrow, and my throat hurts, so I might call in sick. We'll see.

My mom woke me up early this morning and asked me to go to my sister's kindergarten orientation with her (little Amanda), at first I was grumpy about it because I was still sleepy. But then we got there and it wasn't so bad. On our way there I asked her to stop by my grandma's and pick up my guitar's which have been there for a while since she took them away. So she said that I could have them back and she got them for me.
At the orientation thing, I spoke a lot of spanish (it's a spanish immersion school) and I set up and cleaned up "snack time" and then vaccumed the room when they went out to the playground.
At about 12 she picked me and my sister up and we came back home where my grandma made us blt's for lunch. I ate.
Then I came upstairs and write my dad a letter because he's been bugging me to do so.
I finished writing the letter, got ready and then we took off to visit my dad at the workhouse at 2:30. We went there and visited him. As always he made my mom cry, so when we were done I took her out to get coffee at a coffee shop.
We sat there for a while and talked about stuff, went to snyders and she bought me a chocolate orange deal. She also bought me 'The Vampire Lestat' book.
And then we found this small movie theatre that was still showing Chicago, so we went in and saw that for the second time.
Then I came home, cleaned my room out, played some guitar, and here I am.

Tomorrow I'm gonna volunteer at the school again, just for kicks and something to do. Then I work at 4:30.

Valleyfair on Saturday.

Someone told me that a moderator on this site called me money hungry. I would just like to set the record straight. I didn't get paid for the work that I did on Dark Days. I wrote the music for the songs: Fiend, Empty Jar, & Drove, the verses for Beckoned, the bridge for Glow, the "slap part" and bassline for Dark Days, & the chorus for the song that Motograter was on ( the song didn't have a title when we recorded it, I don't even know what Coal Chamber decided to call it). The song Rowboat was a cover song written by the band Flood. The rest of the songs were written by other members of Coal Chamber. The music for the song Headstones was recorded in 1996, Dez just changed and re-recorded all of the vocals. The song was originally called Dramatic and it didn't make it on to our 1996 self-titled release, for obvious reasons. Although the vocals have improved greatly. Coal Chamber's Management (Left Bank Management at the time),told me that my publishing money (publishing money is the money paid for the actual song writing) , which I stupidly signed a release for because I trusted Jeff Varner at Left Bank Management) was in the mail, then it mysteriously got lost. The little amount of money I actually did recieve for playing bass on the record didn't make up for the $18,000 that was owed to me from a merchandise advance that the band took in 1999. I was out on maternity leave and was told my portion of the money was used to pay expenses because Coal Chamber had to leave the ICP tour early, I was told that I would get paid back when I returned to the band. I never got paid back, Dez, Meegs, and Mike got their share, my picture was on the t-shirts just like theirs were. It also didn't make up for the fact that Dez borrowed $12,000 from me (under the guidance of Left Bank Management) from the money I received for actually recording the bass on Dark Days, because I was a nice person & Dez was in Debt to Coal Chamber because he had already taken too many advances, and I didn't need the money at the time. Needless to say, Dez never paid me back and Coal Chamber never paid me back. I know this was not Mike or Miguel's fault.
Just because I wasn't in the band, doesn't mean I shouldn't get paid for writing songs that the band records and performs-especially the single(Fiend). Do you think that Britney Spears writes her songs? No-and she doesn't get paid publishing money either. She gets paid to record, to perform, for merchandise, and for album sales.
I think Nadja fits in great with Coal Chamber, and yes she is beautiful. I don't see the point in saying bad things about me because your a Nadja fan, or saying bad things about Nadja because your a fan of mine, but I guess that's just how people are. Don't bother posting a reply to me because I will never come back here, but thanks for listening--Rayna

I've been working a lot.
9 hours today and 8.5 yesterday.

Officers say killer may have watched film

THIS video nasty by shock rocker Marilyn Manson is being scrutinised by detectives hunting the killer of teenager Jodi Jones.

The film - called Doppelherz - shows the Goth star taking a girl bound to another girl into the woods in darkness.

Police yesterday confirmed the images could hold vital clues as they hunt the 14- year-old's murderer.

One officer said: "We think this film may have special significance and it is being looked at.

"There is a belief that Jodi's killer may have watched it."

The film shows the partly naked girls in distress struggling to free themselves before Manson and a henchman tie bags over their heads.

The screen fades to black before their lifeless-looking bodies are dragged away.

The pounding soundtrack features Manson singing: "I'm a canvas that bleeds and I'm painted with fingers.

"Kill me, kill everyone. You can let them all die. The only thing in this world that does not die is money."

The film is seen as one of the most significant lines of inquiry for police investigating Jodi and her friends' enthusiasm for Goth music.

Police believe the video may have special relevance to her killer and the way Jodi died near her home in Easthouses, Midlothian.

The DVD film was released in a special format with Manson's CD, The Golden Age of Grotesque, just weeks before her death on June 30.

It has an official 15 rating and the album which accompanies it comes with a Parental Advisory sticker.

Manson was initially blamed for inspiring the Columbine High School shootings, when two pupils killed 15 classmates.

It later transpired that the two killers didn't even like the macabre Goth rocker.

After the accusations, Manson said: "It is sad to think that the first few people on Earth needed no books, movies, games or music to inspire cold- blooded murder.

"The day that Cain bashed his brother Abel's brains in, the only motivation he needed was his own human disposition to violence.

"Times have not become more violent, they have just become more televised.

"We're the people who sit back and tolerate children owning guns and we're the ones who tune in and watch the up-to-the minute details of what they do with them."

Meanwhile, the Sunday Mail can reveal a rapist from Midlothian was released from prison less than two months before Jodi's murder.

Police had intelligence that the sex offender had made a habit of camping overnight in the woods close to the path in Dalkeith where Jodi's body was found.

The man has been interviewed and is not thought to be a suspect.

Lothian and Borders Police insist they will find the killer, despite no weapon being found or arrests being made.

I really need to find something to do every night other than sit on this computer.

It's almost midnight, and I was sitting here looking at random people's journal's and for some strange reason I felt this crazy urge to talk to Paloma. It's weird because, I feel that even though I've never met her, I'm close to her like I've never been close to anyone before.
I can talk to her about things without her making me feel stupid, inferior, or ashamed, what's more, she makes me feel happy and proud about me.
She was 100% there for me when things were well, and now that things are not so well, she's just the same.

My dad got his immigration papers today, and for sure he will be deported. The process has begun. So he will never be leaving the jail until the day he leaves the country. He called me and cried and I didn't know what to say, Since he is my only legal parent, most likeyl he'll want me and Ricky to come with him. ::sigh::

Today I stayed home all day with Amanda and Nicholas. We played and watched Willy Wonka and ate chocolate donuts and got fat. Then my mom came home and made dinner and we got even fatter. And now here I am. I got to mess with some pictures my mom had on her computer that I had never seen before. Like this one:

On saturday we went to the Mall of America and we went into that aquarium dealy and I took some pictures so I could be just like my lover. I mean Cindy of course.

There's more but this is enough.
And that's pretty much all I've been up to. Summer Sanitarium was here last night, and Deftones didn't play because one of them cut themselves up pretty bad shaving. So now I don't feel so bad that I didn't go because Deftones would have been the reason for my attending the show at all, them and Mudvayne, and I guess Mudvayne had like a 30 minutes set and that's it.

Work tomorrow, short shift, 10 to 2. Then I don;t know.

Woke up at around 9 in themorning today with Ricky yelling in my ears. Got up went downstairs, and my work called and asked why I wasn't there. I told them I didn't know I was supposed to cause apparently I wrote down the wrong hours. So I got dressed and worked 11 to 4. Not long hours, but it was really hot and humid and I had to walk. Then I came home watched Harry Potter with my siblings, fell asleep, woke back up at around 11:45pm and here I am now. Bored.

My accomplishments today: none

There is a remake of the Rocky Horror Picture Show being made by Stephan Elliot. Manson is Frank-N-Furter. Or so I heard, or read...
I know Paloma loves that show, so I thought I'd put this random piece of info. in here so she can see it.
